Does this mean I will not be able to continue practicing?
Answer
You will not have access to any SN@P resources two weeks from your notification email unless a license is purchased. You will therefore be unable to access any of the resources or practices assessments online if you do not purchase a licence.
Why can I no longer access SN@P for free?
Answer
SN@P was originally funded by NHS Health Education England. They paid for the initial set up of the resource.
In 2017 Health Education England North West had their budgets cut and needed to make savings across a number of activities.
Their vision for SN@P was that it would become self-sustaining. That licence fees would be charged to cover the ongoing running
and development of the resource.
The resource is now running through the Health and Education Co-operative ltd (a consortia of north west universities).
How do I check if my educational institute or employer is already paying for my access?
Answer
If you are an existing student within a university, please check with your academic link tutor or numeracy co-ordinator. Ask if the organisation has a SN@P licence.
If you are an NHS Employee, please check with your Line Manager and/or Clinical Skills department.
It is very important that you check with your tutor or line manager if they have a corporate licence as no refunds will be given to individually purchased licences.
How will I know if my payment has been accepted?

You will receive a confirmation email as proof of your payment and will also gain immediate access to your online SN@P account.
How do I remove my details from SN@P?
Answer
If you no longer wish to receive communications from us, please send an email to info@snap-ae.com requesting that your details are removed from our database.
If I buy a license can I get a refund?
Answer
Refunds are only issued if there is clear evidence of system mal-function preventing your use of what has been paid for.
No refunds are issued for licenses purchased in error.
Will I have to pay for tutorials?
Answer
Yes, tutorials will be a feature you can pay for once you have access to your SN@P account and will be an additional cost to your general licence.
Tutorials are not included in the fee of a standard individual licence.
Can I buy a licence to access SN@P on my mobile phone?
Answer
SN@P resources are fully mobile responsive and can therefore be accessed via mobile, tablet, laptop or PC once a license is purchased.
Do I have to pay extra for user/customer support?
Answer
System administration support is included in the license price and is in place to ensure you have no account access problems.
