Who approves my registration request once I have registered?

Your Organisation SN@P lead/administrator will approve your registration request. You can email the SNAP team to see who your SNAP lead is if you are not sure.
Where is the SN@P server located?

We have a dedicated server hosted with one of the UK's leading managed hosting providers - UKFast. The server is managed and operated in an ISO-accredited data centre located in Manchester, UK
Can I access my SN@P account on my mobile phone or tablet?

Yes, the SN@P software is mobile compatible and will therefore work on any device which has an internet connection.
Who do I contact if I have a technical problem or would like more information regarding SN@P?

Has the SN@P content being created against any national standards?

Yes, all clinical and general SN@P content within the assessment and education platforms have been developed in line with current standards of clinical practice and education. It is also mapped against national education frameworks and the most recent NICE guidelines.
What do the different clinical / general levels mean and what level applies to me?

How do I book a tutorial via SN@P Education?

You can book yourself on to one of the e-tutorials through clicking on the 'Book E-Tutoring Session' button which can be found in the SN@P Education section of your registered account.
You must be registered for a SN@P account to book a tutorial. Please note, there may be a fee for tutorials if your organisation has not purchased our tutorial package.
Are there any training sessions available to become more familiar with the software?

SN@P primarily relies on online training material and videos backed up with a dedicated support team. However, face to face system training within your organisation can be booked via the SN@P Service help desk via emailing info@snap-ae.com . The SN@P team also facilitate regional workshop and refresher sessions throughout each academic year across the UK. For further information regarding upcoming sessions within your region please access the 'calendar events' section within your account.
Are there any restrictions to where I can access my SN@P account?

You can access SN@P from any internet enabled device including smartphones and tablets, but some organisations may have a firewall that blocks access to unknown websites. If you are experiencing problems connecting, please let us know so that we can contact your organisation.
How do I suggest a new feature for SN@P that I think would help me and other learners?

Can SN@P Administrators add their own numerical questions to SN@P Assessment?

Yes, we respect that you may have specific clinical questions that you would like to add to the summative assessments within the SN@P infrastructure. You can add questions to your own SN@P Administrator account for use within your own organisation only, or contact the SN@P team to discuss how the questions may be used across all SN@P user organisations.
