Learner Journey Overview
Guided Learning
At SN@P, we have supported the competency assessment of clinical numeracy across UG/PG Healthcare Programmes for the last 14 years. By way of ensuring assessment candidates are fully prepared for formative / summative exams, the SN@P Learner Journey has been developed throughout the 24/25 academic year and has the primary objective of providing both academic staff and students with access to clinical numeracy skill building resources, tailored to field and route specific drug calculations seen within year 1 to year 3 clinical numeracy examinations.
In addition to supporting preparation for year end examinations the SN@P Learner Journey offers academic staff a reduction in workload through providing access to a modular course with the ability to assign specific activities tailored to the content of formative / summative clinical numeracy assessments. The overall aim is for SN@P to not only support academic staff with the teaching and learning of clinical numeracy, but also contribute towards guided learning hours required within UG/PG Healthcare programmes through combining the use of the learner journey course modules and formative / summative assessments.

Testimonials
Snap has allowed us to save time on producing assessments on clinical numeracy, while still allowing the flexibility to add as many custom questions as we need. As such, our provision of medicines management assessment has become more comprehensive, with more formative assessment provided, and ultimately improved clinical competency for our students. The system is easy to navigate for admin users, and the support provided is very impressive. The team are always open to suggestions to change functionality or better suit our institution's needs. They are all very approachable and responsive to long-term planning or urgent issue resolution.
