Kieran worked as the project manager for the Health Education England commissioned project, Standardised Numeracy Assessment Process before meeting an emerging gap in the digital market for the delivery of an industry tailored competency testing and learning resource, known now as SN@P Assessment & Education. Kieran has professional and chartered status in business/project management and is responsible for the day to day co-ordination and delivery of the software service.
Tom is the Senior Web Developer for SN@P Assessment & Education. Tom created the web interface and leads all development requirements for the online platform. Tom designed and developed the software to significantly enhance online user experience & satisfaction, as well as instilling positive reputation in the technical stability of the software. Tom has a degree in Computer Science and has worked on various web development projects across both private and public sectors.
Michelle supports SN@P as a Numeracy e-tutor. Michelle offers excellent numerical support services to new and existing learners. Michelle is a qualified mathematician and has an extensive background in teaching, one to one and group tutoring. Michelle also supports the quality assurance and content development teams through providing subject expert advice and approval to content before it appears on the SN@P software.
Siobhan supports SN@P as a Literacy tutor. Siobhan has vast teaching experience both online and face to face. Siobhan writes the content of our Functional Skills English resources and offers quality assurance of new and existing content.
Mike secured the first funding provision from the NHS Strategic Health Authority for the Innovation Project, Standardised Numeracy Assessment Process. Mike worked extensively on the inception and development of the project phase alongside Kieran and a multi-professional working group. Mike is the Head of Acute Adult Care for the University of Chester but also provides continued support to the growth of the SN@P business model. Mike offers Academic and Professional experience in both Health and Education sectors, as well as pedagogical insight through his completed PHD in eLearning.
