Snap is part of the Health & Education Co-operative (HE-Coop). The HE-Coop is overseen by a board of directors.
The board is made up of health faculty Deans from across the 5 member universities and three Directors from the wider health community:

Jo Tate

Chief Officer (Company Secretary)

Jo's early career was in regeneration and involved working with and supporting new business growth and development. Over 13 years ago Jo took on her first role in a university, setting up collaborative partnership projects to achieve strategic growth for local businesses.
Jo has managed the Health and Education Co-operative for over 6 years, supporting its transition from a 100% grant funded organisation, to being fully commercial and self-sustaining through the introduction of licences.

Kieran

Kieran Kelly

Business Development Manager

Kieran worked as the project manager for the Health Education England commissioned project, Standardised Numeracy Assessment Process before meeting an emerging gap in the digital market for the delivery of an industry tailored competency testing and learning resource, known now as SN@P Assessment & Education. Kieran has professional and chartered status in business/project management and is responsible for the day to day co-ordination and delivery of the software service.

Tom

Tom Stack

Senior Web Developer and Platform Development Lead

Tom is the Senior Web Developer for SN@P Assessment & Education. Tom created the web interface and leads all development requirements for the online platform. Tom designed and developed the software to significantly enhance online user experience & satisfaction, as well as instilling positive reputation in the technical stability of the software. Tom has a degree in Computer Science and has worked on various web development projects across both private and public sectors.

Systems Administrator

In 2021 James joined the Health and Education Co-operative to share his passion for delivering excellent customer service and system support.
