We work closely with Health Care Assistants (HCAs) and prospective healthcare workers to enable them to reach the required level of numeracy and literacy.
If you have applied for a Health Care Assistant role in the NHS, you may be asked to sit a numeracy and literacy assessment before your formal interview.
